Site work for a water / sewer project in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the replacement of existing 8 clay sanitary sewer with new 8 SDR-35 sanitary sewer along Taft Street between Hall Avenue & S. Highland Avenue and includes the replacement of manholes and service laterals with inspection chambers. and the replacement of the existing 4 cast iron water line with new 8 C-909 PVC water line, including service laterals and fire hydrants. Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the electronic website no later than Friday, February 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). Questions submitted outside of electronic will not be answered. Substantial completion of the project shall be on or before October 31, 2025. Final completion of the project and readiness for final payment shall be on or before November 14, 2025. Substantial Completion: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($250.00) per day beyond the substantial completion date. Final Completion: Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00) per day beyond the final completion date. The City of Sidney, Oh Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informality in Bids or to Accept in Whole or in Part Such Bids as May Be Deemed in the Best Interest of City of Sidney, Oh. This Form Must Be Signed by an Authorized Company Representative.
