The project consists of the reconstruction of Cheryl Ave., Stewart Dr., & Daniel Pl. including replacement of storm sewer, sanitary sewer waterline, sidewalk, and curb ramps from Vandemark Rd. to Vandemark Rd. Sanitary sewer will also be replaced along Vandemark Rd. from Campbell Rd. to Cheryl Ave. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Question Deadline 01/27/2025 at 1:00 PM ET Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through online Substantial completion of the project shall be on or before October 31, 2025. Final completion of the project and readiness for final payment shall be on or before November 14, 2025. Substantial Completion: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($250.00) per day beyond the substantial completion date. Final Completion: Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00) per day beyond the final completion date. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio for Heavy Highway Construction. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF RECONSTRUCTION OF CHERYL PLACE/STEWART DRIVE/DANIEL PLACE FROM VANDEMARK RD TO VANDEMARK ROAD. ALSO INCLUDES THE RECONSTRUCTION OF DANIEL PLACE CUL-DE-SAC. CONSTRUCTION WILL INCLUDE REPLACING THE CURB AND GUTTER, STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER, WATERLINE, CURB RAMPS, AND SIDEWALK AS NEEDED. ALSO THE SANITARY SEWER WILL BE REPLACED ALONG VANDEMARK ROAD FROM CAMPBELL ROAD TO CHERYL PLACE.
