Renovation of a detention facility in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Construction of the Partial Reroof for the Shelby County Jail Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Letter of Credit, or Surety Company Bond Pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code Shall Accompany Each Bid. Successful Bidders Shall Conform to the "Schedule of Prevailing Wages" Included in the Project Manual. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities, Irregularities and/or Errors in the Bids to the Extent Permitted by Law. This Includes the Right to Extend the Date and Time for Receipt of Bids. This Notice is Posted on Shelby County's Internet Site on the World Wide Web.
