Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of removing an existing three span concrete deck bridge and building a new single-span prestressed box beam bridge. All Materials, Equipment and Labor necessary to perform this service shall be included. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed in a timely manner between June 2, 2025 and September 19, 2025. Project must also be completed within a 60-day closure window in the said time frame. In lieu of a Bid Bond, the contractor may provide a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid. Any such letter of credit shall be revocable only at the option of the Owner. When a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit is provided, the provisions of ORC Section 153.54(C) shall apply. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids. ENGINEERING ESTIMATE $408,269.65
