The Boulder Creek Building is located at 900 10th Street Plaza in Denver, Colorado 80204 (Project Site). The Projects include the renovation of the interior of the building and an expansion of the building to the south. Prior to renovation activities, asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and RBMs are required to be properly removed and managed in accordance with applicable regulations and this specification.
