**As of March 19, 2025, project is now on the process of being awarded today.** The scope and procedure for this project shall consist of Grading Complete, including Clearing, Drainage, Erosion Control and all items outlined in Grading Complete on Town Creek Church Road. Excavation removed from this project shall be hauled to the intersection of GA 400 and SR60 and the area on the south side of 400 shall be prepared for a turn lane, dirt placed, compacted, and all other items in Grading Complete with the project listed on the LMIG Project Report contained in the Bid Documents for this project. All work shall be done in accordance with the 2021 State of Georgia Standard Specifications, plans for this project by Davis Engineering Services number 2024-507, and by any supplemental specifications contained in this document. Lumpkin County personnel will be supervising construction of this project and will also be subject to inspections and audits by the Georgia Department of Transportation.
