Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners Seeks a Qualified Contractor to Construct A Paved Access Road and Concrete Pad to Support the Installation and Operation of Compaction Dumpsters and Open-top Dumpsters Used for Recycling. The Project Will Also Include Installation of Electrical Infrastructure Necessary for the Operation of the Compactors and the Provision of Power to a Small Adjacent Building. A Bid Bond in the Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Total Bid Amount is Required on This Project. The Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners seeks a qualified contractor to construct a paved access road and concrete pad to support the installation and operation of compaction dumpsters and open-top dumpsters used for recycling. The project will also include installation of electrical infrastructure necessary for the operation of the compactors and the provision of power to a small adjacent building. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Days After the Time and Date Set for Closing, Except as Allowed by Ocga. Lumpkin County Reserves the Right to Reject Any And All Bids and to Waive Any Technicalities.
