Site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Dahlonega, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Pipe Culvert on Lumpkin Parkway The Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed bids for the installation of 84' of 120" aluminized metal 10-gauge corrugated pipe in Cane Creek under Lumpkin County Parkway. Installation will include all items required for this installation including Traffic Control (Road Closure), Grading Complete, Erosion Control including Rip Rap head walls on both ends, and base and paving. All item necessary to complete this project will be paid on a lump sum basis. A Bid Bond in the Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Total Bid Amount is Required on This Project. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Days After the Time and Date Set for Closing, Except as Allowed by Ocga. Lumpkin County Reserves the Right to Reject Any And All Bids and to Waive Any Technicalities.
