The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for repairs of a damaged Guardrail East of Russell Parkway at Bridgewater Way. Pictures of guardrail damage are attached to the line item. Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State (GDOT) and City codes and regulations for the construction requirements for guardrails. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued.
