The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for sidewalk construction on South Davis Drive and Orchard Way. Complete specifications and regulations are provided in Attachment #1: CED-4657 Sidewalk Construction Bid Package. This project is Federally funded and subject to the provisions further described in the bid documents. Submission of bid shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and conditions contained therein. The scope of services included in this IFB include, but are not limited to, the labor, materials and equipment needed to complete the following: 1. Installation of sidewalks to include ADA compliant ramps at the following locations: - S. Davis Drive (East Side) from Randolph Avenue to Clay Street - Approximately 1,710 feet - Orchard Way (West Side) from Greenway Drive to dead end - Approximately 1,160 feet 2. Sidewalks at each location should be 4 feet in width. 3. Sidewalks and ramps must conform to all specifications and regulations described in Exhibit B: Technical Specifications. 4. Removal and disposal of any unnecessary existing sidewalk, as needed. 5. Utility locates completed prior to any construction or concrete removal. 6. Removal of all equipment and debris from worksite at the conclusion of each workday. 7. Protection of all surfaces including those not in the scope of work from construction debris or damage. The contractor will be responsible for any damage to property due to construction. 8. All work shall be substantially completed within 60 calendar days of Purchase Order issuance. To remain eligible for bid award, a minimum of one representative from the respective bidder must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
