Renovation of second floor science classrooms, mechanical upgrades, second floor toilet room renovations. Estimated Beginning of Construction: Spring, 2025 Estimated End of Construction: Fall, 2025 Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. The apparent successful Bidders, upon failure or refusal to furnish the required Performance and Payment Bonds and execute a Contract within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of notice of the acceptance of Bid, shall forfeit the Bid Security as liquidated damages for such failure to refusal, and not as a penalty. Bid Security shall be provided in the amount of five (5) percent of the dollar amount of the Base Bid The Jefferson Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, and/ or to reject all Bids without explanation.
