Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Apply a polyurethane caulk to the roof lap seams. Pit Piping: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Foundation: Caulk the baseplate. Abrasive blast clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1) Install sidewall manway. 2) Replace the sidewall manway gasket. 3) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 4) Overflow discharge modification. 5) Replace the fall prevention device on the sidewall ladder. 6) Install a vandal guard. 7) Replace roof vent with a pressure vacuum vent. 8) Install cathodic clips and pressure fitting. 9) Weld steel plates over the cathodic lift holes. 10) Remove the existing cathodic protection system. 11) Install a roof handrail with a painter's railing. 12) Remove the roof ladder. 13) Install a swing gate at the step-off platform opening. 14) Install a sample tap on the draw pipe.
