For the following project: SCIENCE LAB RENOVATIONS AT MCMS EDISON ACADEMY; 100 TECHNOLOY DRIVE, EDISON, NEW JERSEY Work consists of removal of existing casework, replacement of flooring, installation of new acoustical treatments, replacement of window treatment, wall painting, and connection of utilities for new casework. Drawings and specifications shall be available for inspection at the Architect's Office from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Friday. Any questions or requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Architect's office no later than February 19, 2025 at 5:00pm by emailing afinkle@ssparchitects.com. The Owner and Architect have determined that only DPMC Trade Classifications listed below are deemed eligible to bid this project: C009 - General Construction / Additions and Alterations Mandatory site inspection is required by all prospective bidders. A site inspection form and reporting information is contained in bidder's package and must be completed by the bidder and signed by an owner's representative. Additional site visits are by appointment only Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm and must be arranged in advance through the Facilities Department; contact information is included in the Summary section of the Bid Documents.
