All Bids shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents. BC 1 General Trades BC 2 Masonry BC 3 Storefront BC 4 Drywall/Acoust BC 5 Flooring BC 6 Casework BC 7 Fire Sprinkler BC 8 Mechanical BC 9 Electrical Bidders shall ensure that they have obtained complete sets of Bidding Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared by reliance on incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security shall be a certified check or bid bond. All checks and bid bonds shall be made payable to Powers & Sons Construction Company, Inc. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days before awarding contract. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Form provided in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidders shall furnish Performance and Labor & Material Bonds for 100% of their contract amount before execution of contracts.
