Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Windsor, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Welch Park Pickleball and Tennis Court Reconstruction project generally consists of the reclamation of existing bituminous concrete tennis courts and the construction of five (5) pickleball courts and one (1) tennis court on a post-tension concrete surface by an experienced Design-Build Contractor (DBC). Work will generally include reclamation of the existing surface, post-tension concrete construction, court surfacing, removal and replacement of chain link fence, installation of a sound barrier, drainage work, and site restoration, and installation of a shade structure. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 Any request from prospective bidder for interpretation of meaning of contract drawings, specifications or other contract documents shall be made in writing to the Project Engineer: Jenna Zinky at zinky@townofwindsorct.com or 275 Broad Street, Windsor, CT 06095. All questions must be received at least seven (7) days prior to date fixed for opening of bids in order to be considered.
