Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marlboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of the resurfacing of various roadways and addressing surface drainage concerns throughout the Township of Marlboro. The improvements include excavation, milling and the overlaying of roadways with hot mix asphalt 9.5M64 surface course, hot mix asphalt base repair where necessary, removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete curb, granite block curb and concrete curb and gutter where directed, installation of ADA curb ramps and detectable warning surfaces, traffic striping, and the reconstruction of inlets and the installation of bicycle safe grates and Type 'N' ECO inlet castings as required by the Tier "A" Municipal Stormwater Regulations, and stormwater management improvements as required. The improvements also include the construction of a concrete staircase at the Farmer's Market property as well as the construction of an aggregate driveway at the existing Township-owned stormwater management basin on Nolan Road. The Owner proposes the construction of improvements and all appurtenant work necessary at locations detailed on the Contract Plans. , the Township shall make a good faith effort to award 6% of the total contract dollars to Veteran Owned Business Enterprises.
