Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marlboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of August 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Meco Inc., with an awarded amount of $670,073.50.** As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. The project generally consists of the resurfacing of Wyncrest Road from Route 18 to County Road 520. The improvements include excavation, milling and the overlaying of roadways with hot mix asphalt 9.5M64 surface course, hot mix asphalt base repair where necessary, removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete curb and concrete curb and gutter, installation of ADA curb ramps and detectable warning surfaces, traffic striping, and the reconstruction of inlets and the installation of bicycle safe grates and Type 'N' ECO inlet castings as required by the Tier "A" Municipal Stormwater Regulations, and stormwater management improvements as required. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. Neither the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust nor any of their departments, agencies or employees is, or will be, a party to this contract or subcontract or any lower tier contract or subcontract. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5, 9 and 10. Project has been cancelled.
