Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 et seq., "The Law Against Discrimination" and Affirmative Action, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Stockholder Disclosure) and provide a Non-Collusion Affidavit. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27, all bidders must be classified by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction as to the character and amount of public work on which they may submit bids. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-6.3(a)(4), bidders must submit an executed C.271 political contribution disclosure form ten (10) days before entering into the contract (see, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.26. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25, all bidders mustsubmit a Consent of Surety provided by a surety company licensed to write business in the State of New Jersey, stating that the surety will provide a performance bond, labor and materials bond and maintenance bond in amounts and at the times specified in the contract documents. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A -1 et. seq., pertaining to the "Public School Contracts Law". Bidders may also visit the District's website. Pursuant to P.L. 2004 c.57, all bids must be accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. The Bidder must include with its bid its own Business Registration Certificate and that of all subcontractors. All bidders and their subcontractors shall be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 etseq. All bids must be accompanied by aCertificate issued by the New JerseyDepartment of Labor, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act as to the Bidder and all subcontractors. No bidder who is on the State Treasurer's or the Federal Government's List of Debarred, Suspended or Disqualified Bidders shall be eligible to bid on this project. The Marlboro Township Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding processin accordance with the law if it isin the best interest of the Board of Education. The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Board of Education. Every request for such interpretations should be in writing addressed to the Engineer at the address given in the Notice to Bidders (Advertisement) and to be given consideration must be received in accordance with the schedule listed in the Notice to Bidders. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be transmitted via fax or email, not later than seven (7) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The issue of interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents
