Renovation of an educational facility in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of but is not limited to: To better respond to the myriad of delivery services that are available to students and staff, parcel delivery lockers are being added to Redeker and the Towers student centres. In Redeker, space is captured from an existing open office area and adjacent student lounge. In Towers, an existing conference area is being re-purposed. Both configurations allow for package delivery at various times while the buildings are open. Question Deadline 02/14/2025 The Iowa Board of Regents seeks to provide opportunities for Targeted Small Businesses in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 73 of the Code of Iowa. This project has a participation goal for certified Targeted Small Businesses. The participation goal of 10% is specified in the Special Conditions.
