Site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Chimacum, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Remove and replace asphalt/concrete approaches to munitions magazines 91 to 100. Replace with minimum 6" concrete spec'd and finished to handle heavy loads and pivoting forklifts. All transitions from abutments to other surfaces shall have no deviations. Offerors who determine that the technical and/or contractual requirements of this RFP require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal shall submit all questions in writing via a PPI form and include only one question per form. The PPI format is provided in RFP Enclosure 3. PPIs shall be submitted via email to CS steven.c.olszanowski.civ@us.navy.mil with a copy to KO jeremy.r.duplissey.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions shall be clearly stated, and include the solicitation, specification, or drawing reference and provided in MS WORD format. PPIs will be accepted up to 20 February 2025 at 2pm PST. Responses to all PPIs received by the cut-off date will be published via amendment to the solicitation.
