Renovation of a medical facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Bid for Construction Services for Installation of Self-Testing Battery Backups and Exit Lights Bid responses from qualified contractors to install 605 Hex-modal Smart Emergency Light De-vices across multiple locations. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via online. All questions must be received and will be answered via Addendum. Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. Potential responders are invited to attend an optional Pre-Bid meeting for each location. Additional meeting details can be located in the bid packet posted on online. The qualified contractor will remove and replace the existing exit lights. The installation of the Hexmodal Smart Emergency Light Devices will be across the following buildings: 201 Bldg, Lohman Bldg, ROC Oncology, Port Orange Oncology, HBS, Keetch St, Twin Lakes and Ormond ROC. The devices do not require IT Intervention as it connects directly to the Hexmodal Cloud via cellular phone connection, resembling and functioning like a regular emergency light. The devices will need to be installed by an electrical contractor. Devices are provided and the total number of devices is 605.
