Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Gooding, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The bid package includes a base bid to rehabilitate Lift Stations 1 and 2 that includes installing wet well and discharge vault coatings, replacing electrical components and wiring, installing additional lighting, replacing ventilation systems, replacing control panels, replacing pumps, replacing discharge vaults, upsizing dry well pressure piping, and installing wet well level monitoring systems. Separate additive bids are included for Lift Stations 3 through 8 that include installing wet well and discharge structure coatings, replacing electrical components and wiring, installing additional lighting, replacing ventilation systems, replacing control panels, relocating controls (Lift Station 3 and 4 only), and installing wet well level monitoring systems. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
