Renovation of a power facility in Hoodsport, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.

Question Deadline: 2/5/2025 Questions can be submitted to Aaron Bratton, Senior Buyer, via email to abratton@cityoftacoma.org. The City of Tacoma (City) / Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU) is soliciting bids to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the Citys needs for the Wynoochee Main Office HVAC project. Contract(s) will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) based on price, product quality and availability. Term will be for 1 year with an optional 1 year extension. All work in spec and drawing package must be completed within 180 calendar days from notice to proceed. If a Bid Bond is used, the form furnished by the City must be followed; no variation from the language thereof will be accepted. The amount of the Bid Bond must be not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid; and, if shown in dollars and cents, the amount of said Bid Bond must be not less than the required five percent. If a payment and performance bond is stated herein, the required bond including power of attorney, will be 100 percent of the Contract total and is subject to the following requirements.
