The City is soliciting bids for 2024-2025 EASEMENT CLEARANCE PROJECT. The project consists of cutting, trimming, removing, and discarding all overgrown foliage and accumulated debris from 87 utility easements throughout the City. This is to ensure a clear access path for City work crews to access underground utilities in those easements. The contractor will be asked to provide these services during the period between May 1, 2025 and June 15, 2025. The project will be awarded to the contractor with lowest total price of the requested services. The exact scheduling of the work will be finalized after a contract has been fully executed. The estimate for this project is approximately $40,000. Any questions regarding this project should be submitted through the online Q&A Questions can be submitted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. Answers will be available online via PB. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% The contractor shall possess a Class C-27 license prior to submitting a bid.
