As-Needed Painting Services for City Street Furniture The City of Burlingame wishes to establish a contractual relationship to provide painting services and materials on an on-call basis when needed by the City. Specifically, we are inviting companies to provide their hourly labor rates (regular and overtime) for as-needed painting services to repaint City light poles, light pole collars, and trash cans as directed by the Streets, Sewer, and Storm Drains Division. Contractor shall cover existing light poles numbers before primer and paint installation. Typically, City light poles range from 13 feet to 25 feet in height. The length of the contract is upon execution until June 30, 2026. Services under this contract are not to exceed $75,000. The contract is for "on-call services as-needed" and is not a guarantee that the City will contact you to perform these services The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts in order to meet its operational needs. Q&A Deadline 03/19/2025 2:00 PM (PDT) Must have an active C-33 license issued by the California Contractors State License Board. The City of Burlingame recognizes that prevailing wage increases may occur during the term of the contract, and consequently will allow labor rate increases of up to 5 percent per year to ensure that the labor rates reflect the current prevailing wage.
