Renovation of a municipal facility in Burlingame, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of retrofitting the roofs of Corporation Yard Buildings A, B, C, D, E1 and E2 at 1361 North Carolan Avenue by installing a single-ply 60 mil ketone ethylene ester (KEE) roofing system, totaling approximately 44,000 sq. ft. Work also includes replacing all leaders and downspouts, sealing and replacing gutter as shown on the plans, water testing all drains, and encapsulating expansion joint with KEE membrane at locations shown on the plans. Please refer to the Proposal for detailed information regarding meetings, submittals, and additional requirements. Any questions regarding this project should be submitted through the online Q&A feature of PB System(TM). Questions can be submitted until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 24, 2025. Answers will be made available via PB System(TM). All work specified in this project shall include the base bid and alternate bids (if shown in Proposal) and shall be completed within 40 Working Days (WD) (forty working days) from date of the Notice to Proceed. The project has a target Notice to Proceed Date of June 9, 2025, and a target completion date of August 6, 2025.
