Amount: It is intended that two (2) contracts will be awarded at $32M each to the two highest rated firms. Goal: Aspirational WMBE Goal 20% This Agreement will support the construction and closeout phases of the South Concourse and Enabling Project to meet authorized schedules, budgets and quality of construction by hiring Construction Managers, Inspectors, Project Assistants, Estimators and Schedulers to support the Construction Management department. The PORT invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing South Concourse Construction Management Services. The PORT intends on issuing up to two (2) project-specific contracts as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is expected to be twelve (12) years.The PORT intends on issuing multiple Agreements as a result of this solicitation. It is intended that up to two (2) contracts will be awarded. The first contract negotiated, valued at $32,000,000, will be awarded to the highest rated firm. The second contract, also valued at $32,000,000, will be awarded to the second highest rated firm. Service Directives for each contract will be awarded to the firm who provides candidates whose qualifications best align with the needs of the Service Directive. The PORT maintains a neutral competitive environment for all Proposers to protect the integrity of the selection process.
