Construct two-way cycle track on north side of 176th St; bike lanes and sharrows on 32nd Ave and 180th St; sidewalks up to 8 ft with landscaped buffer along 176th St, 180th St, and 32nd Ave; raised ped crossings at the intersections of 32nd Ave with 175th, 173rd, 172nd; raised mid-block ped crossing on 32nd Ave. Remove turn lanes at intersections of 176th St with International Blvd and 32nd Ave to shorten ped crossings. New signal at 176th St/32nd Ave to accommodate non-motorized phases, ped signal upgrades at 176th St/International Blvd. The project will install roadway and pedestrian lighting, infrastructure to support EV charging stations along 32nd Ave S, landscaping, and ped amenities. Supporting work includes earthwork, retaining walls, undergrounding utilities, upgraded water/sewer/stormwater, and paving.
