Site work and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
Replacement of bridge up lighting fixtures and associated wiring. New fixtures installed on stainless steel base near the existing fixture locations. Existing fixture controls are to be reconnected to the new lighting. Specified Start Date: April 7, 2025 Substantial Completion Date: August 8, 2025 Final Completion Date: September 5, 2025 Liquidated Damages: $250 per day The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for a period of one (1) year after its completion and formal acceptance by the City Council. Liquidated damages will be considered if adequate record documentation is not submitted by the Final Completion Date.
