Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Panama City Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project includes the construction of the Frank Brown Park - Pickleball Courts facility located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This development shall consist of a covered and uncovered pickleball courts, restroom facility, stormwater facility, water, sanitary sewer, and all associated supporting infrastructure. Currently, the site is located at the southern end of Frank Brown Park. The pickleball courts project area within Frank Brown Park is approximately 1.485 acres. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 45 days after opening. Question Deadline 03/06/2026 at 12:00 PM CT. The City shall award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to a Bidder who is not the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if the City determines in its reasonable discretion that another Bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other Bidder.
