Washington St., DeWitt, MI 48820 DeWitt Public Schools - 2025 Presentation Systems Refresh DeWitt Public Schools is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for a District-Wide Presentation Systems Refresh. This project involves the removal, installation, and integration of new audio/visual (AV) presentation systems in classrooms and other designated areas. Bid Security & Requirements: A 5% of total bid amount bid bond is required with submission. Include a copy of bid security or certified check within bid submission. Bidders must comply with Michigan prevailing wage laws, licensing, insurance, and all applicable state and federal regulations. All Bidders shall provide a Bid Bond, Familial Disclosure, Criminal Background, & Iran Linked Business Affidavit in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and attach this information to the Bid. The Bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships that exists between the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the School District, or the Superintendent of the school district. The Board of Education of the School District will not consider a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized statement.
