Description

Renovation of a museum in Vernon, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The contractor shall provide all permitting, expertise, labour, materials, equipment, disposal, and any other resources required to: Remove and replace existing RTU: Trane Model TTA240B300FA Serial No. 4162UD0A Supply and install a new roof-top condensing unit that is of comparable size and capacity of the existing unit, as per the manufacturer's specifications. Sheet metal modifications on the roof jack and at AHU to accommodate the line sets and evaporator coil. Lockout power supply and disconnection of electrical wiring, ductwork, and controls as required. Crane and Rigging services, flag and tag work area and supply associated permits. Remove and dispose of the existing unit. Resources required to modify existing curb and/or curb adapter package for a new unit as per manufacturer's specifications, including any necessary roofing applications and repairs. New R410a refrigerant charge with refrigeration permit. Re-connect electrical wiring, piping, and controls as required. All necessary piping for dual circuit system, supports and fittings for new evaporator coil in AHU. Start-up and commissioning of the unit to ensure proper operation, coordinating with Kimco Controls. Inspect for any water migration through the unit or associated roof penetrations. Site clean-up as required. Provide adequate training on unit operation and routine maintenance
