The Work is for sloped roof renewals at Kikanee Estates and generally comprises the removal of the existing construction and replacement with new metal gutters and downspouts and asphalt shingle roofing system, including shingles, underlayment, eave and valley protection, flashings, and accessories. The Work of the Contract, as described in the Contract Documents, is for sloped roof renewals at Kikanee Estates and generally comprises the following: 1 Removal of the following existing construction and replacement with new: 1 Metal gutters and downspouts. 2 Asphalt shingle roofing system, including shingles, underlayment, eave and valley protection, flashings, roofing specialties, and accessories. 3 Allowance Item A-1: Repair or replacement of damaged and deteriorated roof sheathing, framing, fascia boards, barge board, and attic baffles, on as-needed basis.
