Site work for a water / sewer project in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this RFPQ is to invite interested parties to submit responses to this RFPQ indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, the performance of the contract (the "Contract") for construction works related to the Canada Place 24k West Promenade Project. The work generally includes rehabilitation and upgrade of the CPC 24k west promenade deck topping and waterproofing membrane. The 24k promenade serves as the roof of interior space below. The following items have been identified as requiring rehabilitation / upgrade: Remove and replace the promenade topping and waterproofing membrane. Remove and replace the existing expansion joints; Remove and replace the existing deck and planter drains; Remove and replace the waterproofing membrane at the perimeter planters; Restore the perimeter planters to match the previous CPC restorations; Associated landscaping upgrades for the area; Associated plumbing upgrades for the area; Associated electrical upgrades for the areas; and Associated security gate upgrades and remediation.
