The work involves various transportation improvement projects throughout the City, including but not limited to the construction of raised crosswalks, concrete curbs, ramps, grass boulevards, sidewalks, road medians, star diverters, and road markings. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Prime Contractor duties: Working as Prime Contractor for the project performing all required subtrades including general contract trades, allied structural/civil/geotechnical works, and any other works as required to complete work as noted in IFT drawings and specifications. General contract works including contract administration, mobilization, demolition, excavation, safe disposal of waste/materials, traffic management, environment and safety management, demobilization, documentation and clean close-out of the works upon substantial completion. Applying for the necessary work permits. Perform all works as specified in the specifications and drawings provided in this Tender package (as Attachments); and, Provide required bonds, insurances, sureties and warranty in accordance and in compliance with this Instruction to Tenderers (ITT) package and attached Form of Agreement (FOA).
