Conversion of the Cafeteria into a Clinical Workspace at the Vancouver Cancer Center. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services with respect to creating a Schematic Design for the project has closed. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and code. Further update pending selection of a preferred proponent.
