The subject site is in the Vancouver Island Region, BC. The Site is approximately 0.35 acres and has road frontage and site access along the Avenue. The building is a four-storey residential building of concrete and wood framed construction, consisting of 36 self-contained short-term hotel-style suites. Constructed in 1972, the building was originally constructed as a motel. It has a concrete framed structure with exterior walkways on the 3 upper levels which provides access to each unit. Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Award is subject to final approval.
