Inyo County Parks and Recreation is requesting quotes for the purchase of 35 (thirty five) concrete picnic tables. Forklift will be provided by Inyo County to offload tables from delivery truck. Please send questions through email to the Parks and Recreation Manager at jbriceno@inyocounty.us. The concrete picnic tables must have the following specifications: 1) 92 inch OR 96 inch long rectangular concrete picnic tables 2) Must have ability to engrave/cast Inyo County logo onto table 3) Natural Concrete Color 4) Addition of acrylic sealer 5) Bench seat must be attached to table-top 6) Minimum 4000 PSI concrete mix Inyo County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Responses to this RFP will be assessed based on both price and the County's determination of what equipment best meets the County's operational needs. Pursuant to the County's obligations to the Public Record's Act, any documents submitted to the county may be disclosed to any member of the public upon request. Any bidder who wishes to challenge the bidding or procurement process must file a complaint in conformance with Chapter 6.30 of the Inyo County Code.
