Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Roselle, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; road / highway; and road / highway.

On or about February 12, 2025, the Village of Roselle will submit a request to the HUD/Illinois administering agency for the release of Community Project Funding funds. The project includes the second phase of improvements to the Municipal Campus, specifically the parking lots, lighting and sidewalks around the Village Hall, Police Department and Fire Department. With the completion of the work on the Petal Porch, Petal Plaza and Petal Promenade, this project will continue many of the same elements throughout the rest of the Municipal Campus. The project will resurface the parking lots at Village Hall and the Police Department as well as make necessary sidewalk improvements. Additionally, the lighting throughout the campus will be replaced with updated fixtures with improved photometrics. Landscape elements from the Petal Plaza area will continue into this area as well. The project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of February 10, 2025, project is funded for FY2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
