Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roselle, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Cut off for Questions: March 10, 2025, no later than 5:00 P.M. Work will include temporary soil erosion and sediment control measures and maintenance, site clearing, earthwork operations, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, seat walls, footings, walks and paving, site furnishings, shelter installation, playground equipment installation, fitness equipment installation, swing bench installation, pour-in-place rubber play surfacing, engineered wood fiber play surfacing, playground underdrainage, storm utilities, wood fencing, chain link fencing and gates, sport court surfacing, planting and turf grass seeding. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Roselle Park District. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. The successful bidder, as determined by the Roselle Park District, shall be required to pay, and to agree to pay no less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages for the locality of the Roselle Park District, to each laborer worker, or mechanic needed or used to complete the work as detailed in the contract to be let. The Roselle Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all pro-posals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Roselle Park District. The Roselle Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
