1 This project consists of Reno va tion Work - RoselleMiddle School. The project is sched uled to start June2025. All bids offered must be accom pa nied by a Bid Bond,in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of theaggre gate of the Base Bid and all Alter nates, madepayable to the Owner as a guar an tee that if the Bid isaccepted, a Contract will be entered into and theperfor mance of the Contract is prop erly secured. 7 Bids may be held for a period of ninety (90) daysfrom the date of bid open ing for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and inves ti gat ing the qual i fi ca tions ofBidders prior to award ing the contracts. 8 The success ful Bidder for the project will berequired to provide a Perfor mance Bond and a Laborand Mate r ial Bond in the sum equal to one hundredpercent (100%) of the amount of the Bid. 9 The Success ful Bidder shall furnish suffi cient insurance of guar an tee of indem nity to the Owner, Architect, and Construc tion Manager against any and allclaims which might arise for damages to persons orprop erty due to the negli gence of himself, his employees or agents during the construc tion of said improvements and after the said improve ment has been finallyaccepted as complete by the Owner.
