The amount of the security shall not be less than five (5) percent of the Bidders total price indicated in Bid Form The successful Bidder, who is awarded the Contract, shall be required to furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond which meet the requirements . The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive all non-material irregularities, to readvertise, and to cancel any invitation for bid when it is in the best interests of the City.
