Renovation of a mixed-use development in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility; and office development.

The work includes select demolition and project area preparation for, and inclusive of, the construction of two small offices, a conference room, and lab area; the repair and construction of deteriorated floor slab areas, the construction of bridge crane runway foundation slabs, and the construction of interior concrete masonry unit wall openings within and adjacent to an existing manufacturing building located in the Crawford Business Park at 18317 Industrial Drive, Meadville, PA 16335. The work will also include the adjacent exterior construction concrete tank and equipment pads with chain link fencing enclosure and bollard protection. The contract work shall include furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and all appurtenant items and work necessary to provide a complete and finished project. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
