The work under this Contract generally comprises of removing an existing pump, piping, fittings, valves, pump base, pump controls and replacing with new materials and related items as set forth in, and conforming to, the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Owner has purchased the pump and VFD. The Project Work will be performed under two Contracts as follows: CONTRACT ONE - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TWO - ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
