**As of August 18th, 2025, the project was awarded to: RE Johnson Electric - Awarded Electrical Subcontractor- $58,231 Scobell Company Inc - Awarded Plumbing Subcontractor - $84,000 The Gildea Group - Awarded General Contractor - $1,155,000 The Economic Progress Alliance of Crawford County (EPACC) requests separate general construction, electrical construction, and plumbing construction bids for the Bessemer Building South End Renovations project The work includes exterior building masonry wall and vestibule construction, curtain wall glazing system construction, window construction, interior wall and ceiling framing and finish construction, timber truss sandblasting and sealing, restroom construction, etc. The project site is located at the southern end of the Bessemer Building within the Bessemer Commerce Park A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing.
