Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Crystal, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the following description of work. The overall project includes curb and gutter repairs, sanitary and storm water manhole adjustments, milling pavement down and repaving with new bituminous surface. It involves approximately: The overall project includes curb and gutter repairs, sanitary and storm water manhole adjustments, milling pavement down and repaving with new bituminous surface. It involves approximately: 31,620 square yards of pavement to be milled down two inches and overlayed with new bituminous. 520 lineal feet of curb and gutter replacement. 35 sanitary manholes to have new castings installed and be adjusted to match the height of the new pavement. Five storm water manholes to be adjusted to match the height of the new pavement. Bid security in the amount of five (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The City of Crystal reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract in the best interests of the city. The substantial completion date for all work is Sept. 30, 2025, with all work to be completed by Oct. 31, 2025.
