Site work for a civil project in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description of the Project 1. This Project is being conducted to accomplish repairs and maintenance operations of the Citys Well 7 Pump and Well 12 Pump. a. Downhole well equipment at Wells 7 and 12 will be removed for inspection, repaired or replaced, painted and reinstalled. b. Well cleaning will be completed as specified. c. Any equipment disengaged for inspection operations are to be reconnected. 2. Repairs and maintenance operations are to occur at the Citys East Plant Booster Station. a. Booster Pump 1 to be removed for inspection, repaired or replaced, painted and reinstalled. Question Deadline 02/18/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid bond payable to the City of Coon Rapids.
