PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award up to one hundred eighty (180) days (nonrenewable). Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Patty Harvey at Patty.Harvey@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 4:00PM EST on February 12, 2025.
