The Elmhurst Park District is accepting sealed bids for the following identified project: 2025 Infield Mix Bid. The work generally includes: Procurement and delivery of Quickpitch Red Limestone Infield Mix. The successful contractor must provide required proof of insurance within ten days of the award of the contract. Services will be on an as-needed basis beginning April 1, 2025, with a completion date of November 21, 2025. The Elmhurst Park District Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder. It is the contractors/bidder's responsibility to field verify locations and conditions and to report any discrepancy to the project manager in writing (Steven Paterkiewicz, Parks Supervisor, e-mail: spaterkiewicz@epd.org).
