Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Phoenix, Arizona. Working plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

As of September 4, 2026, a Construction Manager was awarded on June 3, 2026. Construction is expected to begin February 2027. Scope of Work the City of Phoenix is Seeking a Qualified Contractor to Provide Preconstruction Services and Complete Construction Services for the Valley Youth Theatre Construction Manager at Risk (Cmar) Project. The New Theatre Complex is Designed to Include a 300 Seat Main Theatre and a 99 Seat Studio Theatre for Smaller Productions. Additional Program Spaces Include Offices and Meeting Rooms, Rehearsal and Workshop Areas, Dance Studios, Galleries, and Dedicated Areas for Set Construction, Costume and Prop Shops, and Storage. The Selected Cmar Will Work as a Team With the Designer of Record and City Staff to Ensure an Efficient Design Approach for the Project. The Project Site is Located at 1st Street and Mckinley Street. The Estimated Construction Cost is $12 Million. Questions Pertaining to Process or Contract Issues Should Be Submitted via the Procurement Portal. Requests Will Only Be Honored if Made Within the First Week of the Advertising Period. Please Allow a Minimum of Seven Calendar Days For Production.
